I don’t think experience matters as much as knowledge and customer service. In reality the agent is nothing more than a sales person and thus I wouldn’t expect anything more than knowledgeable help. This skill can be achieved with nil experience, and often times being new in the industry means you will know the recent changes and modern policies better than someone who has been around for along time.
