It depends on who the insurance carrier is, some will offer access to policy information online (requires password, policy numbers, etc…), some will offer online help / assistance with (you’ll need at least a policy number to get anywhere though), but if you don’t have the policy information your best bet is to find out who the carrier and/or agent is and call them directly and ask them if you are an insured on the policy.
